SHIPPING POLICY

At Schrift we’re committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the following shipping information before placing your order.

🚚 FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum order value.

There are no additional shipping charges for prepaid or Cash on Delivery orders.

💵 CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations.

A ₹75 COD fee is applicable to all Cash on Delivery orders.

PREPAID → FREE SHIPPING
COD → FREE SHIPPING + ₹75 COD FEE

The COD fee is non-refundable once the order has been processed.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during sale periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.

⏱️ DELIVERY TIME

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within:

1–4 business days in major metro cities
4–7 business days across most other locations in India

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

🚚 SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders across India.

Depending on your location and serviceability, your order may be shipped through partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, DTDC, Blue Dart, Shiprocket or other reliable logistics providers.

The courier partner may vary from order to order.

📦 DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered order to us.

Please ensure that your name, shipping address, phone number, PIN code and other contact details are accurate when placing your order.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if a re-shipment is requested.

⚠️ DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, Schrift Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Courier disruptions
Transportation delays
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Remote or difficult-to-service locations
High order volumes during sales or festive periods
Other unforeseen circumstances

Such delays do not qualify for a refund or compensation for shipping.

Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability.

If your location is temporarily or permanently non-serviceable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or cancel the order where delivery is not possible.
